Depending on the intensity, you will receive a response between 15-30 minutes.

Since we are an agency approved by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism, all transactions are recorded and your payments are automatically taxed because companies approved by the Ministry of Tourism do not have the right to do any unregistered tax-free business.

For both payment methods (cash or credit card) 25% deposit is charged from your credit card. The rest 75% can be paid by cash which receives cash payment discount for Turkey Tour Packages. Istanbul daily tours do not have receive cash discount from prices.

​Before your arrival, we kindly ask you to provide us with your international flight details, including airline, flight number and time. According to these details, one of our representatives will be waiting for you outside the exit door of the arrivals hall. Our representative will carry a sign with your name on it.
